Availability
Lessons are scheduled every day of the week except Sunday. Lessons last for 1/2 hour. Your teacher, lesson day, and time will remain the same each week. Once scheduled, a time belongs to you until we are told otherwise.

Sign Up
Lesson registration is done at the front desk and the tuition must be paid at the time of sign up. Lesson registration can be done over the phone with a major credit card. There are no sign up fees.

Fees
Our teachers charge a monthly tuition that covers all weekly 1/2 hour lessons in a calendar month. Lessons must be paid for in advance and blocks of four. This equals a monthly tuition of $120.00 ( with the exception of five week months in which the tuition is then $150.00).

Payment
All lesson payments are to be made at the front desk. Teachers do not accept payments. Payment is required on or before the first lesson of each month. Students failing to pay monthly tuition in advance will be subject to forfeiture of the lesson time/slot. For your convenience we take all major credit cards, cash, and checks. NSF checks are subject to a fee no less than $25.00.

Cancellations
No make ups or refunds will be given in the event a student cancels a lesson. Prolonged absences must be worked out in advance and students must continue to pay lesson tuition in order to keep there scheduled time. Students may choose to be temporarily dropped from the schedule, but upon their return, lesson times and teachers will be subject to availability. In the event that a teacher must cancel a lesson, student tuition will be refunded or a lesson credit will be given.

Withdrawal
Student stopping lessons for any reason are asked to go to the front desk and fill out a
student withdrawal for. This for helps us to monitor your satisfaction at our program.
